1. Summary

CatchWord Translate lets users:

• translate selected English words and phrases
• check grammar and receive corrected English text
• view pronunciation, definitions, and audio
• scan text from the screen
• save phrases for later review
• sign in with Google
• purchase subscriptions through Google Play

In the current Play Store build, users are asked to sign in with Google before entering the main app interface from the standard launcher flow. After sign-in, account-linked features such as cloud sync and purchase restore are associated with the signed-in account.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account information

If you sign in with Google, we may receive:

• your Google account email address
• your account identifier
• basic profile information provided through Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication

We use this information to sign you in, restore account-based data, sync saved content, and associate subscriptions or other account-linked features with your account.
